Sponsorships, Exhibits, and Advertising Opportunities
We are looking forward to connecting our exhibitors, partners and sponsors with future business leaders at the BAP Annual Meeting. All sponsorships are listed in the prospectus linked below and are available on a first come, first serve basis.ALL SPONSORSHIPS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Discounted rate of $600 for a 6-foot tabletop exhibit space, two chairs and a wastebasket
- Two (2) free badges for attending representatives
- Sponsorship listing in Annual Meeting mobile app, with contact information, 50-word description and company logo
- Logo on “thank you” signage in exhibit hall
- Inclusion on Annual Meeting website exhibitor directory
Please note that advertising opportunities are stand alone options and do not include exhibit space or complimentary registrations.

Exhibit Booth Pricing:
2023 Exhibitor Fees for existing BAP Member Partners:- Company (Not Sponsoring) - $2,500
- Company (Sponsoring) - $600
- Not-for-Profit Organization – BAP Partner - $1,000
- College/University with BAP Chapter - $600
2023 Exhibitor Fees for Non-Partners:
- Company (Not Sponsoring) - $3,500
- Company (Sponsoring) - $1,000
- Not-for-Profit Organization - $2,000
- College/University without BAP Chapter- $1,500
An additional $250 fee will apply after June 9, 2023.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received on or before June 9, 2023, will entitle the exhibitor to a refund, minus 10% of the exhibit/sponsorship fee. No refunds will be given on cancellations received after June 9, 2023.

- 3:00pm - 3:30pm – Refreshment Break & Exhibits
- 5:30pm - 6:00pm – Networking with BAP Alumni & Professional Partners
