- Attendance at Plenary, Mini-Plenary and Clinical Case Series sessions during the conference, are eligible for Continuing Education Credit

Cancellation Policy
It is our policy to access a processing fee of $75 for all cancelled registrations. To cancel your registration, a written request MUST be received via e-mail to kjeanty@ncsddc.org no later than close of business on August 31, 2022. Cancellations received before or on August 31, 2022 will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. No refund will be granted for cancellations received after August 31, 2022. We regret that refunds will not be granted for "No-shows".
