Welcome to the website for our 2022 North American Annual Convention, which will be hosted October 28 - 30 in Cleveland, Ohio – the “home of rock and roll.” We are excited to join with our Best Western family to reconnect, provide important company updates and share best practices.

We are so very excited to welcome you for our North American Convention, held for the first time in Cleveland – a vibrant city, rich in history, much like our beloved Best Western brand. In fact, Teach and Travel Magazine named Cleveland one of its “Top Destinations to Watch in 2022 and Beyond,” and HuffPost included Cleveland on its “The Most Underrated Travel Destinations in The U.S.” list.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is in Cleveland, proving that Cleveland really rocks – and so will our 2022 Annual Convention. There are many benefits to attending this year’s Convention:
