How much is registration?

September 15-23, 2020: Early Bird $175 per person includes:
  • Option to register 5 members for the price of 4
  • Option to add on JL swag box for $20.20
September 24-October 19, 2020: Standard $225 per person

I don't know what size my League is - how do I find that out?

If you don't know your League’s total size, look up your League in the JL Directory.

What happens if I miss a session?

Miss something during the live event or want to look up something afterwards? The event portal will be open for 3 months post-event.

Am I limited to the track I selected?

No, you will be able to attend other sessions and watch any content on demand.

How will I chat with other attendees?

There is text chat, 1:1 video chat and group chat built into the event platform.

Will there be opportunities to network with other members outside of chat?

Aside from the built in chat features, during some live sessions there will be opportunities to ask questions, chat with presenters and answer polls. There are also three networking sessions scheduled for Saturday morning, please reference the agenda.

When will I be able to access the event portal?

The portal will be open several days prior to the event to allow you to interact with and get used to the system as well as access any prework.

How do I access the online platform?

All registrants will receive an email one week prior to the event inviting you to the platform to setup your profile and familiarize yourself with the platform.

Is there prework?

Some sessions require prework in advance. When you receive your link to the portal, we’ll let you know if there is anything required for your track

How can I stay connected to other Members after the event?

Keep in touch via our Members-only Facebook Groups, and make sure to exchange emails from others when you meet them.

What should I do if I experience problems with my internet during the event?

If you lose internet, you may try logging in via cell service. You can access the event portal via computer, tablet or smart phone. If you have other tech issues, we will have a dedicated Help Desk which includes a dedicated support email address for attendees to ask questions.

What’s the best way to share with others that I’m attending the event?

Post to social media using our event hashtag (#JL2020SFM) so others can see you’re attending and join the conversation.

How do I cancel my registration if I can no longer attend?

In order to cancel or substitute your registration, please send an email to ajli@support.eventPower.com. Please be advised that there is a $75 processing fee retained by AJLI in the event of cancellations. Substitutions incur no fee. If you are part of a group that included a free registration, cancellations will reflect your pre-discount price minus the processing fee. (For example, one cancellation would result in no refund, two cancellations would result in a $100 refund, three cancellations would result in a $275 refund, etc.).

When will I receive my JL swag box?

JL swag boxes will be shipped before start of the Special Fall Meeting.
